White Label Partner Program

Your clients. Your brand. Our studio.

Australian agencies use us as their silent production team — fixed pricing, NDA as standard, AEST-compatible timezone. We build. You deliver. Your clients never know we exist.

Most Australian agencies hit the same wall: local web developers are expensive, the good freelancers are booked out, and the offshore studios they have tried before either deliver mediocre quality, go silent mid-project, or create more management overhead than they save. We built our white label program specifically to solve all three — quality work, consistent communication, and a timezone that actually overlaps with your business day.

What partners get
  • 20–30% below retail pricing — your margin is yours to set.
  • Mutual NDA signed before the first brief — confidentiality is standard, not an add-on.
  • Fixed quotes within 24 hours. No scope creep surprises.
  • Deliverables under your brand — no BWD name, logo, or metadata anywhere.

Why Australian agencies struggle to scale

The agency growth ceiling is almost always a capacity problem, not a client problem. Here is what we hear consistently:

  1. Local developers cost AUD 80–150/hour — that margin is nearly impossible to pass on to SME clients, so agencies either absorb it or lose the work to cheaper competitors.
  2. Good freelancers are unreliable at scale — a great freelancer becomes a bottleneck the moment you have more than two projects running in parallel. They go silent, miss deadlines, or burn out.
  3. Previous offshore experiences were painful — language barriers, timezone misalignment, and quality mismatches mean more rework than if you had done it yourself.
  4. Hiring in-house too early destroys margins — a full-time developer is a fixed cost that kills the business in slow months. Agencies need capacity that scales with their workload, not against it.
  5. Time spent managing production is time not spent selling — the agency owner ends up doing quality control instead of growing the business, and the studio stagnates.

What we build for your agency

Everything a full-service agency needs delivered under your brand:

  • New website design & development — WordPress-based, mobile-first, PageSpeed optimised. From a 5-page brochure site to a full e-commerce build.
  • Website redesign & migration — we preserve the client's existing SEO equity while modernising the design and technical foundation.
  • Landing pages & CRO builds — conversion-focused single pages for campaigns, Google Ads, or lead generation — fast turnaround, 1–2 weeks.
  • Ongoing maintenance retainers — monthly WordPress maintenance, updates, speed checks, and content edits. Recurring revenue for your agency, hassle-free for us to manage.
  • Add-on features — booking systems, payment gateways, multilingual setup, API integrations, custom functionality. Scoped separately per request.
  • Technical SEO implementation — schema markup, Core Web Vitals, technical audit and fix — supplied as deliverables your agency can present to clients.

How the partnership works

We have designed the process to be invisible from your client's perspective and low-friction from yours:

1. NDA & Onboarding
We sign a mutual NDA before anything else. You share your brief template or we provide ours. We align on communication channels (Slack, email, or WhatsApp — your choice) and preferred deliverable format.
2. Brief & Fixed Quote
You send us the client brief — or forward us the brief you have already scoped. We return a fixed-price quote in writing within 24 hours. No hourly surprises. If scope changes later, we discuss before touching anything new.
3. Design & Build
We build on a neutral staging domain with no BWD branding anywhere. You have access to the staging URL throughout. All communication stays between us — we never contact your client directly, not even by accident.
4. Review & Revisions
You review, collect your client's feedback, and pass it to us. Two rounds of revisions are included. Deliverables are provided in formats you can present directly: staging URL, documented files, CMS credentials — all under your brand.
5. Handover & Ongoing Support
Final files, CMS access credentials, and documentation are packaged for you to hand to your client. If the client wants ongoing maintenance, we can continue as your silent retainer partner at a monthly rate you mark up.

Why Bali — and why the timezone matters

Timezone is the single most underrated factor when choosing an offshore partner. Most agencies assume "offshore" means delayed responses and missed standups. Bali is different:

LocationTimezone vs AESTMorning standup possible?
Bali (us)−2 hrs (−3 AEDT)Yes — 7 AM Bali = 9 AM Sydney
India−4.5 to −5.5 hrsDifficult — 9 AM Sydney = 3:30–4:30 AM India
Eastern Europe−8 to −10 hrsNo — async only
Philippines−3 hrsWorkable but limited window
Local AUS devSameYes — but 3–5× the cost

Beyond timezone, we work in English as our primary business language. Briefs are read and actioned accurately. Questions are asked when something is unclear, not after a week of silence. This is not a given with offshore studios — it is something we have built intentionally.

Partner pricing

All rates below are your cost — what you invoice your client is your decision. These are confidential between us and are not published on our public pricing page.

Exact quotes are provided per project after reviewing the brief. Rates above represent our most common configurations — complex builds or tight deadlines are quoted separately.

Confidentiality — how we protect your client relationships

We take the silent part of "silent partner" seriously. Every measure below is standard practice on every project, not something you need to ask for:

  • Mutual NDA signed before any brief is shared — covers both parties, includes non-solicitation of your clients for the duration of the partnership.
  • No BWD branding in any deliverable — staging URLs use neutral domains, file metadata is stripped, CMS admin is configured for your client's brand.
  • Zero direct client contact — we do not email, call, or message your client at any point. Ever. Not even to confirm a technical detail.
  • Partner pricing is confidential — we do not disclose our rates publicly. Your client cannot discover what you are paying us.
  • We do not list partner work in our portfolio unless you explicitly grant permission. By default, your client's site is never attributed to us.

Frequently asked questions

Will you communicate directly with our clients?

Never. All communication runs through you. Your client does not know we exist — that is the point. We operate as a silent production arm, not a vendor you have to introduce.

What is your timezone — can you overlap with AEST?

We are in Bali (WITA, UTC+8), which is 2 hours behind AEST and 3 hours behind AEDT. A 9 AM Sydney standup is 7 AM for us — we are at our desks. This is meaningfully better overlap than India (4.5–5.5 hours behind) or Eastern Europe (8–10 hours behind).

How does partner pricing work — can we see the rates before signing an NDA?

We share indicative ranges before the NDA — see the partner pricing table above. Exact per-project quotes are provided after the NDA is signed and the brief is reviewed. Your margin is yours to set; we never discuss our rates with your clients.

What if we need revisions our client requests after delivery?

Partner projects include two rounds of revisions. After that, additional work is billed at AUD 90/hour, invoiced to you. We never bill your client directly or interact with them at any stage.

Can we see your quality before committing to a full project?

Yes. We are happy to share a portfolio call, provide references from existing agency partners, or run a paid test project — a landing page or single-page scope — so you can evaluate our quality and communication style before committing to a full engagement.

What happens if our client delays or goes quiet mid-project?

Projects are paused with a 30-day free hold window. After 30 days, a small reactivation fee applies to re-brief the team. We understand agency timelines shift — this policy has been built based on real experience working with agencies.

Do you work with agencies that do not have a brief template yet?

We provide our own brief template. Many partners find it useful to adopt it for their own client intake — it is designed to capture exactly what we need without asking you to collect information twice.

Ready to talk capacity?

Tell us your typical project volume and what you are working on. We will tell you honestly whether we are a fit — and if we are, we can turn around a quote on your first project within 24 hours.
